Subscription & billing: plan selected, billing address, last 4 digits and expiry of your payment card (full card details are handled by our payment processor).

Device & log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and timestamps.
Usage analytics: pages viewed, buttons clicked, scroll depth, and search queries.

Payment processors: confirmation of successful transactions, charge status, and tokenized payment IDs.

Creators Kit is based in the United States, and many of our providers (e.g., Webflow hosting, Stripe) also process data in the U.S. or other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to—and processed in—countries outside your own.
7. Payment Information
Processor.Subscription payments are handled by Stripe (and, where available, PayPal). They tokenize your card; Creators Kit never sees or stores full card numbers.
What we receive. We obtain a transaction ID, card brand, last 4 digits, expiry month/year, and billing address.
Disputes & chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback, we may share limited account data (e.g., signup IP, usage logs) with the processor and issuing bank to contest fraudulent claims, as noted in Section 7 of the Terms of Use.
8. Security Measures
Creators Kit protects personal data with a layered, “security-by-design” approach:
Encryption. All traffic travels over TLS, and databases/back-ups are encrypted at rest.
Access control. Staff accounts use multi-factor authentication and least-privilege roles; every admin action is logged.
Vetted infrastructure. Our production environment runs on cloud providers that hold SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 certifications.
Ongoing vigilance. We conduct periodic penetration tests, vendor reviews, and have a documented incident-response plan.No internet system is perfectly secure, so we also ask you to keep your password unique and to alert us immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you can:

Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Delete data in certain circumstances (account closure required).
