2. Acceptance of the Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a legally enforceable contract between you and Indigo Lab, Inc. (“Creators Kit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting, browsing, creating an account, or purchasing a membership on www.creatorskit.co or any other website, mobile app, or service we operate (collectively, the “Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.If you do not agree to every provision, you must not access or use the Services.Please note that Section [18] below contains an arbitration clause and class-action waiver. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to resolve disputes with Creators Kit through binding individual arbitration and waive your right to participate in class or representative actions.

3. Definitions
For clarity and brevity, the terms below have the following meanings whenever they appear capitalized in these Terms.
“Creators Kit,” “we,” “us,” “our” Indigo Lab, Inc., the legal entity that owns and operates the Site and Services.
“Site” The website located at www.creatorskit.co (including any sub-domains) and any replacement or successor domain we may use.
“Services” All products, features, content, applications, communications, and functionality provided by Creators Kit, including but not limited to Freemium Access, Premium Membership, exclusive deals, educational materials, future community forums, and customer support.
“User,” “you,” “your” Any individual or entity that accesses, browses, or otherwise uses the Services, with or without creating an Account.
“Member” A User with an active, paid Premium Membership subscription.
“Freemium Access” The free tier of the Services that allows Users to view limited content and publicly available deals without paying a subscription fee.
“Premium Membership” The paid subscription plan that unlocks all exclusive tool deals, the full deal catalog, members-only content, and any other premium-only features listed on the Site.
“Affiliate Deals” Discount codes, referral links, coupon codes, or similar promotional offers obtained by Creators Kit from third-party software vendors and displayed or otherwise provided to Users or Members.
“Content” All text, graphics, logos, videos, tutorials, coupons, code snippets, data, and other material made available through the Services, whether owned by Creators Kit or licensed from third parties.
“Community” Any interactive space (current or future) made available through the Services—such as forums, chat rooms, or comment sections—where Users may post, share, or interact with Content or each other.
“Account” The login credentials and profile information a User creates to access certain portions of the Services.
“Third-Party Tool(s)”: Any software, platform, or service not owned by Creators Kit but featured, reviewed, linked to, or made available through Affiliate Deals.
4. Eligibility & Account Registration
4.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to open your own Creators Kit account and purchase a Premium Membership.Users aged 13–17 may access the Services only through an account owned and supervised by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf.The Services are not available to children under 13.
4.2 Account Creation and Security
To unlock certain features, you’ll be asked to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. If you register on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.Your login credentials (username, password, and any verification tokens) are confidential.
Do not share them with anyone.You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use or any security breach, notify us immediately at [hello@creatorskit.co].Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Creators Kit reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate any account—without prior notice—if we believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or compromised the security or integrity of the Services.
5. Services Overview
5.1 Freemium Access
The free tier (“Freemium Access”) lets you:
Discover new creator tools – brief email and on-site spotlights on freshly launched or trending apps.
Read selected content – preview articles, comparisons, and news posts hand-picked from our editorial pipeline.
Browse a curated sample of deals – view discounted tools across multiple categories; some discounts remain locked until you upgrade
Stay in the loop – receive the Creators Kit newsletter with updates and limited-time public promos.
5.2 Premium Membership Benefits
An active Premium Membership unlocks:
Full Deal Catalog – unrestricted access to every live discount, including future offers we negotiate directly with vendors.
Exclusive Coupons & Referral Links – members-only pricing that Freemium users cannot see or redeem.
Early-Access Alerts – priority email when new tools or limited-quantity deals go live.
5.3 Service Modifications
Creators Kit may improve, suspend, or discontinue features, discounts, or content at any time. This can include changes triggered by third-party vendors whose deals expire at their discretion.
Pricing & tiers. We may adjust Premium fees, billing cycles, or membership tiers. Price changes take effect on your next renewal and will be announced [14 days] in advance by email or site banner.
Usage limits & verification. We may introduce new usage rules or security checks to protect the platform’s integrity.
Your options. If a change materially reduces your core Premium benefits, you may (i) cancel your subscription before the modification takes effect and (ii) request a refund in line with Section 7 (Refund Policy).
6. Purchases & Payments
6.1 Premium Membership Pricing & Billing CyclePricing.
Current subscription prices are displayed on the checkout page in USD; fees may change at any time with [30] days’ advance notice.Auto-renewal. Memberships renew automatically for the same term (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the end of the current period.
6.2 Payment Processing & TaxesProcessors.
Payments are handled by Stripe or Paypal (the “Payment Processor”). By purchasing a Membership, you agree to the Payment Processor’s terms and authorize it to charge your chosen method on our behalf.
Taxes. Prices may be shown exclusive of VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar levies. Where required, we will collect and remit applicable taxes based on the billing address you provide. You are responsible for any additional duties or bank fees that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Failed charges. If a renewal payment is declined, we may suspend or revoke Membership benefits until the charge succeeds or the subscription is cancelled.
6.3 Affiliate Links & White-Labeled OffersThird-party pricing.
Deal prices and coupon codes are set by the tool vendors and may change or expire without notice. We do not guarantee that an advertised discount will remain available when you attempt to redeem it.
Relationship disclosure.
Some links on the Site are affiliate or referral links. If you click one and make a purchase, Creators Kit may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
White-labeled deals.
Certain coupons originate from Freelance Stack or other partners and are presented under the Creators Kit brand. Over time we may replace partner codes with our own direct discounts.
No endorsement or control.
We do not own or operate any Third-Party Tool. Your interactions, payments, and data exchanges with those providers are solely between you and the provider. Creators Kit disclaims all liability arising from your use of, or reliance on, third-party sites, software, or services.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Premium Memberships
7-day satisfaction window. You may cancel and request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first Premium purchase provided you have not redeemed any members-only coupon or unlocked a locked deal.
How to request. Email support@creatorskit.co from the address tied to your account and include “Refund Request” in the subject line. We will process eligible refunds to the original payment method.
Renewals are final. Subscription renewals are non-refundable
Statutory rights. Nothing here limits any mandatory cooling-off or consumer-protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
7.1-bis Third-Party Deals
Purchases you make from a tool vendor after clicking one of our coupons or referral links are contracts between you and that vendor. Refunds (if any) follow the vendor’s policy; Creators Kit cannot process or guarantee refunds for third-party software or services.
7.2 Chargebacks & Disputed Payments
Please contact us first to resolve any billing issue. Filing a chargeback without giving us an opportunity to help may result in:Immediate suspension of your Membership and deactivation of all issued coupon codes.Transfer of evidence (usage logs, redemption records) to the Payment Processor to contest the dispute.Possible termination of your account under Section 16.
7.3 Excessive Refund Requests / Abuse
Creators Kit may deny future refunds, suspend, or permanently close your account if we determine—at our sole discretion—that you:Seek multiple refunds in a rolling 12-month period;Redeem coupons before requesting a refund;Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful behavior; orOtherwise breach these Terms.These measures protect the integrity of our deal inventory and the interests of all members.
8. Use of Services
8.1 Limited License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Site and its Content for your own internal or educational purposes.You may print or download one copy of articles or tutorials for personal reference, provided you retain all copyright notices.All intellectual-property rights that are not expressly granted to you remain with Creators Kit or our licensors. You may not exploit the Content for commercial gain without our prior written consent.
8.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:Use the Services in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.Copy, scrape, crawl, or harvest data—including coupon codes—by automated means.Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or related systems.Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.Interfere with or disrupt the experience of other Users or the operation of the Services.Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate another person or entity.Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Site.We may suspend or terminate your Account, without notice, for any behavior that, in our sole judgment, constitutes a prohibited activity.
8.3 No Reselling or RedistributionCoupons and Codes.
Discount links and codes obtained through a Premium Membership are for the sole use of the subscribing Member. You may not resell, transfer, publish, or share them in public or private channels.
Content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our articles, tutorials, databases, or any portion of the Site without express written permission.
Enforcement. Unauthorized resale or redistribution of deals or Content will result in immediate account termination and may lead to civil or criminal liability.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Content and Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and domain names displayed on www.creatorskit.co (collectively, the “Creators Kit Marks”) are the sole property of Indigo Lab, Inc. / TCS or are used under license.
Likewise, every element of the Site and Services—including articles, comparisons, deal databases, video tutorials, graphics, source code, and overall look-and-feel (together, the “Creators Kit Content”)—is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws worldwide.Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Creators Kit Content for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may not, without our prior written consent:Copy, reproduce, publish, upload, transmit, or distribute the Creators Kit Marks or Creators Kit Content, in whole or in part;Modify, translate, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or Services;Sell, lease, license, or otherwise commercially exploit any coupon code, database, or piece of Content; orRemove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.
9.2 Third-Party Intellectual Property
Tool names, logos, screenshots, and other material that reference third-party software (“Third-Party IP”) appear on the Site strictly for identification or descriptive purposes. All such intellectual property remains the exclusive property of its respective owner. Displaying Third-Party IP on Creators Kit:
Does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Does not transfer any ownership or license to you.May be removed at the request of the rights holder or where we determine it infringes applicable law.If you believe the Site contains material that violates your intellectual-property rights, please send a written notice to hello@creatorskit.co with: (1) your contact details and signature; (2) identification of the work allegedly infringed; (3) the exact URL or location of the material; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
Upon receiving a complete notice, we will investigate and—if warranted—remove or disable access to the material and notify the affected user.Nothing in this Section limits any statutory rights you may have or our ability to take additional action against repeat or flagrant infringers.
10. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Sites
10.1 FTC Disclosure
Some links on Creators Kit are affiliate or referral links. If you click a link and later make a purchase, Indigo Lab, Inc. may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We disclose this in accordance with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and comparable rules in other jurisdictions.
10.2 Third-Party Responsibility & Pricing
All third-party tools, websites, prices, and coupon terms are controlled by their respective vendors. Creators Kit:Does not own, operate, or warrant any third-party software or service.Cannot guarantee that a discount, feature set, or price will remain available when you redeem it.Is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of—or reliance on—third-party sites, products, or pricing changes.Always review the vendor’s terms, privacy policy, and final checkout price before completing a transaction; your agreement is solely with that vendor.

Response time. We aim to reply within 2 business days; Premium Members receive priority handling.

We do not provide technical support for third-party tools or legal/financial advice. For product-specific problems, contact the tool vendor directly. Creators Kit is not an emergency service and may occasionally experience unavoidable delays (e.g., high ticket volume, force-majeure events).
12.2 Tool Availability & Deal Changes Vendor control.
Discounts, coupon codes, and product features are set by the respective software vendors. A deal may change price, scope, or eligibility—or disappear altogether—without prior notice.
Catalog updates. We reserve the right to add, suspend, or remove any tool, article, or tutorial at our sole discretion. Historical content may remain online for reference even after a deal expires.
No guarantees. While we vet deals before listing them, Creators Kit cannot guarantee (i) a tool’s ongoing development or uptime, (ii) that a coupon will work for every user scenario, or (iii) that any advertised savings will remain the best available price.
Member responsibility. Always review the vendor’s terms and checkout price before completing a purchase. If a vendor declines a coupon or alters an offer, your recourse lies with that vendor, not Creators Kit.
13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Creators Kit, its Site, and all related content and coupons are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Creators Kit in the last 12 months (or USD 50, whichever is greater), and we will never be liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or data. Some jurisdictions disallow certain disclaimers; in those places, this clause applies only up to the maximum permitted by local law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Indigo Lab, Inc. / TCS (d/b/a Creators Kit) and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and permitted assigns (collectively, “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—arising out of or relating to any third-party claim that results from:
Your breach of these Terms or any incorporated policy;
Your use or misuse of the Services, coupons, or Content;
Information or material you provide to Creators Kit;
Your infringement of any intellectual-property, privacy, or other right of another person; or
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.Creators Kit reserves the right—at its own expense—to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. If we exercise this right, you agree to cooperate fully with our defense strategy.
15. Termination & Suspension
15.1 By You
You may cancel your account at any time by emailing support@creatorskit.co. Cancellation stops future renewals; benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
15.2 By Creators Kit
We may suspend or terminate your account—immediately and without refund—if we reasonably believe you:Violate these Terms or applicable law;Misuse coupons, attempt fraud, or resell member-only content;Engage in activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Services.We’ll notify you via the email on file unless doing so would impede investigation or violate legal restrictions.
16. Enforcement & Co-operation with AuthoritiesCreators Kit reserves the right to:Investigate any suspected breach of these Terms;Remove or disable access to content or coupons at our discretion;Share account or usage information with law-enforcement, regulators, or rights-holders when legally required or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect users, third parties, or the public.These measures may be taken without prior notice when, in our judgment, prompt action is required.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
17.1 Informal Resolution
Before starting any formal action, you agree to email support@creatorskit.co with a brief description of your complaint. We’ll try to settle the issue in good faith within 30 days. Only if we cannot reach an agreement may either party proceed to the next step.
17.2 Binding Arbitration;
No Class Actions If a dispute remains unresolved
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Limits. Arbitration is on an individual basis only—no class, collective, or representative actions are allowed
18. Miscellaneous
18.1 Assignment
Creators Kit may transfer or assign these Terms, or any rights and obligations hereunder, at any time and without notice. You may not assign your rights or delegate your duties without our prior written consent.
18.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms—together with the Privacy Policy and any addenda or policies referenced herein—constitute the entire agreement between you and Creators Kit and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.

Taxes. Prices may be shown exclusive of VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar levies. Where required, we will collect and remit applicable taxes based on the billing address you provide. You are responsible for any additional duties or bank fees that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Failed charges. If a renewal payment is declined, we may suspend or revoke Membership benefits until the charge succeeds or the subscription is cancelled.
6.3 Affiliate Links & White-Labeled OffersThird-party pricing.
Deal prices and coupon codes are set by the tool vendors and may change or expire without notice. We do not guarantee that an advertised discount will remain available when you attempt to redeem it.
Relationship disclosure.
Some links on the Site are affiliate or referral links. If you click one and make a purchase, Creators Kit may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
White-labeled deals.
Certain coupons originate from Freelance Stack or other partners and are presented under the Creators Kit brand. Over time we may replace partner codes with our own direct discounts.
No endorsement or control.
We do not own or operate any Third-Party Tool. Your interactions, payments, and data exchanges with those providers are solely between you and the provider. Creators Kit disclaims all liability arising from your use of, or reliance on, third-party sites, software, or services.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Premium Memberships
7-day satisfaction window. You may cancel and request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first Premium purchase provided you have not redeemed any members-only coupon or unlocked a locked deal.
How to request. Email support@creatorskit.co from the address tied to your account and include “Refund Request” in the subject line. We will process eligible refunds to the original payment method.
Renewals are final. Subscription renewals are non-refundable
Statutory rights. Nothing here limits any mandatory cooling-off or consumer-protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
7.1-bis Third-Party Deals
Purchases you make from a tool vendor after clicking one of our coupons or referral links are contracts between you and that vendor. Refunds (if any) follow the vendor’s policy; Creators Kit cannot process or guarantee refunds for third-party software or services.
7.2 Chargebacks & Disputed Payments
Please contact us first to resolve any billing issue. Filing a chargeback without giving us an opportunity to help may result in:Immediate suspension of your Membership and deactivation of all issued coupon codes.Transfer of evidence (usage logs, redemption records) to the Payment Processor to contest the dispute.Possible termination of your account under Section 16.
7.3 Excessive Refund Requests / Abuse
Creators Kit may deny future refunds, suspend, or permanently close your account if we determine—at our sole discretion—that you:Seek multiple refunds in a rolling 12-month period;Redeem coupons before requesting a refund;Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful behavior; orOtherwise breach these Terms.These measures protect the integrity of our deal inventory and the interests of all members.
8. Use of Services
8.1 Limited License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Site and its Content for your own internal or educational purposes.You may print or download one copy of articles or tutorials for personal reference, provided you retain all copyright notices.All intellectual-property rights that are not expressly granted to you remain with Creators Kit or our licensors. You may not exploit the Content for commercial gain without our prior written consent.
8.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:Use the Services in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.Copy, scrape, crawl, or harvest data—including coupon codes—by automated means.Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or related systems.Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.Interfere with or disrupt the experience of other Users or the operation of the Services.Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate another person or entity.Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Site.We may suspend or terminate your Account, without notice, for any behavior that, in our sole judgment, constitutes a prohibited activity.
8.3 No Reselling or RedistributionCoupons and Codes.
Discount links and codes obtained through a Premium Membership are for the sole use of the subscribing Member. You may not resell, transfer, publish, or share them in public or private channels.
Content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our articles, tutorials, databases, or any portion of the Site without express written permission.
Enforcement. Unauthorized resale or redistribution of deals or Content will result in immediate account termination and may lead to civil or criminal liability.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Content and Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and domain names displayed on www.creatorskit.co (collectively, the “Creators Kit Marks”) are the sole property of Indigo Lab, Inc. / TCS or are used under license.
Likewise, every element of the Site and Services—including articles, comparisons, deal databases, video tutorials, graphics, source code, and overall look-and-feel (together, the “Creators Kit Content”)—is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws worldwide.Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Creators Kit Content for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may not, without our prior written consent:Copy, reproduce, publish, upload, transmit, or distribute the Creators Kit Marks or Creators Kit Content, in whole or in part;Modify, translate, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or Services;Sell, lease, license, or otherwise commercially exploit any coupon code, database, or piece of Content; orRemove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.
9.2 Third-Party Intellectual Property
Tool names, logos, screenshots, and other material that reference third-party software (“Third-Party IP”) appear on the Site strictly for identification or descriptive purposes. All such intellectual property remains the exclusive property of its respective owner. Displaying Third-Party IP on Creators Kit:

Does not transfer any ownership or license to you.May be removed at the request of the rights holder or where we determine it infringes applicable law.If you believe the Site contains material that violates your intellectual-property rights, please send a written notice to hello@creatorskit.co with: (1) your contact details and signature; (2) identification of the work allegedly infringed; (3) the exact URL or location of the material; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
Upon receiving a complete notice, we will investigate and—if warranted—remove or disable access to the material and notify the affected user.Nothing in this Section limits any statutory rights you may have or our ability to take additional action against repeat or flagrant infringers.
10. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Sites
10.1 FTC Disclosure
Some links on Creators Kit are affiliate or referral links. If you click a link and later make a purchase, Indigo Lab, Inc. may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We disclose this in accordance with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and comparable rules in other jurisdictions.

All third-party tools, websites, prices, and coupon terms are controlled by their respective vendors. Creators Kit:Does not own, operate, or warrant any third-party software or service.Cannot guarantee that a discount, feature set, or price will remain available when you redeem it.Is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of—or reliance on—third-party sites, products, or pricing changes.Always review the vendor’s terms, privacy policy, and final checkout price before completing a transaction; your agreement is solely with that vendor.

We do not provide technical support for third-party tools or legal/financial advice. For product-specific problems, contact the tool vendor directly. Creators Kit is not an emergency service and may occasionally experience unavoidable delays (e.g., high ticket volume, force-majeure events).
12.2 Tool Availability & Deal Changes Vendor control.
Discounts, coupon codes, and product features are set by the respective software vendors. A deal may change price, scope, or eligibility—or disappear altogether—without prior notice.
Catalog updates. We reserve the right to add, suspend, or remove any tool, article, or tutorial at our sole discretion. Historical content may remain online for reference even after a deal expires.
No guarantees. While we vet deals before listing them, Creators Kit cannot guarantee (i) a tool’s ongoing development or uptime, (ii) that a coupon will work for every user scenario, or (iii) that any advertised savings will remain the best available price.
Member responsibility. Always review the vendor’s terms and checkout price before completing a purchase. If a vendor declines a coupon or alters an offer, your recourse lies with that vendor, not Creators Kit.
13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Creators Kit, its Site, and all related content and coupons are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Creators Kit in the last 12 months (or USD 50, whichever is greater), and we will never be liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or data. Some jurisdictions disallow certain disclaimers; in those places, this clause applies only up to the maximum permitted by local law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Indigo Lab, Inc. / TCS (d/b/a Creators Kit) and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and permitted assigns (collectively, “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—arising out of or relating to any third-party claim that results from:
Your breach of these Terms or any incorporated policy;
Your use or misuse of the Services, coupons, or Content;
Information or material you provide to Creators Kit;
Your infringement of any intellectual-property, privacy, or other right of another person; or
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.Creators Kit reserves the right—at its own expense—to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. If we exercise this right, you agree to cooperate fully with our defense strategy.
15. Termination & Suspension
15.1 By You
You may cancel your account at any time by emailing support@creatorskit.co. Cancellation stops future renewals; benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
15.2 By Creators Kit
We may suspend or terminate your account—immediately and without refund—if we reasonably believe you:Violate these Terms or applicable law;Misuse coupons, attempt fraud, or resell member-only content;Engage in activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Services.We’ll notify you via the email on file unless doing so would impede investigation or violate legal restrictions.
16. Enforcement & Co-operation with AuthoritiesCreators Kit reserves the right to:Investigate any suspected breach of these Terms;Remove or disable access to content or coupons at our discretion;Share account or usage information with law-enforcement, regulators, or rights-holders when legally required or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect users, third parties, or the public.These measures may be taken without prior notice when, in our judgment, prompt action is required.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
17.1 Informal Resolution
Before starting any formal action, you agree to email support@creatorskit.co with a brief description of your complaint. We’ll try to settle the issue in good faith within 30 days. Only if we cannot reach an agreement may either party proceed to the next step.
17.2 Binding Arbitration;
No Class Actions If a dispute remains unresolved
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Limits. Arbitration is on an individual basis only—no class, collective, or representative actions are allowed
18. Miscellaneous
18.1 Assignment
Creators Kit may transfer or assign these Terms, or any rights and obligations hereunder, at any time and without notice. You may not assign your rights or delegate your duties without our prior written consent.
18.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms—together with the Privacy Policy and any addenda or policies referenced herein—constitute the entire agreement between you and Creators Kit and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
